Dominio de la Vega is a privately owned winemaking concern, based in San Antonio, making still wines and Cava of the highest quality.
The commitment to quality at Dominio de la Vega is significant with strict grape selection, low yields and ageing on the lees for even the entry level Cava of 14 months, way beyond the minimum requirements of 9 months.
The cellar facility at Dominio is housed in an 18th century old country house where production is over seen by winemaker Daniel Exposito. There is also a large cave that stores the ageing bottles of Cava.V
